"Was covered by this State Farm office from 2021 through 2024. Made an address change and received no notification that my monthly premium would go up 35%. Would not recommend."

"Update 2 more years later: Jasmine is still awesome. So helpful and fast and competent. Very grateful for her! Update a year later: Still getting great, fast, reliable, friendly service from this place. I'm very pleased. This office is a little far from my house, but I refuse to switch because I always get such great, FAST help from these folks. I can't tell you how many times I've needed to make a change to coverage, or get a copy of a document/ insurance card emailed to me... I just call them and it's done within minutes. Literally, minutes. I've had great experiences with anyone and everyone who answers the phone there, but lately Jasmine had been my go-to. I highly recommend them for the level of service, and also the great coverage prices."
