"Sad to have to leave this type of a review, however I cannot get this agency to quit calling me. When I lived in FL a few years ago, I had inquired about insurance and didn't end up doing business with them. Years later, I have moved and still get calls from them, I have kindly asked to be removed from their leads-- they don't seem to respect that. This week I got a call at 5:55AM. What is it going to take to get them to pay attention and remove me? Next step will be to go to the state and file a formal complaint with the insurance board."

"Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration these calls have caused. I want to clarify that our office is not open and does not make calls before we open at 8 AM, so the early morning call you received was likely from another agency. Additionally, I have checked our records, and your number is no longer listed in our prospect book. However, I understand how upsetting unwanted calls can be, so if you continue to receive calls that appear to be from our agency, please let us know immediately so we can investigate further. We take your privacy seriously and appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve."

"I called to inquire once about insurance and they will not stop calling/texting no matter how much I ask them to do so. I have since moved and today I received a call at 5:55AM asking if they could help save me money. My next step will be to go to the insurance board to make a complaint because they are not taking my request serious."

"I’ve had more than one bad experience with this company. First, they changed my policy twice without my request or approval. The last time, they blamed it on a “system issue” because I called after work hours—which is completely unacceptable. Second, after making these changes, they added the full difference to my bill upfront without even asking or informing me first. I’m honestly concerned about what could happen if I ever needed to file a claim. This level of poor communication and lack of transparency is very frustrating. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and think twice before dealing with this company."

"Hi Abdullah, Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify that any policy changes must be authorized with signed forms. You requested to reduce coverage and signed the necessary paperwork. I apologize that when you called the after-hours team to reinstate coverage, it didn’t revert to the original policy. However, we mailed you a new policy outlining all the details. After resolving this issue, my team and I believed you were satisfied with how it was handled, as it has been about two weeks since. Regarding billing, when changes are requested, the bill is adjusted accordingly. We recently emailed you the necessary form again this week, which still needs to be signed to finalize your coverage changes. We’re here to assist you if you have any questions. Please feel free to contact us anytime."

"We live in a time when almost everything is done by computer, without the much needed personal contact. My dealings with State Farm office of Stephanie Lempisis, and in particular, Katie Curry, however, provide a pleasant and much appreciated relationship. "I stopped into the Stephanie Lempesis State Farm office a couple of months ago in search of acquiring new insurance for not only myself, but also for my disabled mother in reference to her current auto and homeowners' insurance policies. From the initial friendly encounter of the front office staff, the cleanliness of the front office and waiting area, the relaxed and comfortable, yet organized atmosphere, I felt the professionalism visibly displayed. The agent that welcomed me and assisted me, Maranda Woodle, was that day, and has consistently been since, nothing short of exceptional. She sat patiently at her desk, giving me her full attention, and listened to the reasons for my stopping by that office and what my desired plans were. After answering her related questions to me, she showed me several options for myself, and then separately for my mother. Those options turned out to be much better suited, both in coverage and financially, for myself as well as my mother, as we both have individual and combined coverages for various reasons. Maranda was/is extremely informed, capable, knowledgeable, and professional in reference to her profession, and her personal character traits of patience, kindness, friendliness, caring, understanding, helpfulness, and compassion have made my entire experience with this State Farm office a true blessing. Maranda is very proficient and punctual, and her attention to detail is highly impressive. She always returns my calls within a very reasonable and acceptable time frame and is readily available within the office much more often than not. Maranda, as well as the entire staff at this office, has instilled within me a solid confidence that I have the right coverage, at the right price, with the right people, with the right agency. I also feel confident in agreeing with the famous State Farm Slogan of "Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there". I highly recommend the Stephanie Lempesis State Farm office, and the agent's and staff that are such a vital part of it. SL"
