"I received many calls from companies trying to sell me car insurance. When I received a call from Richard Wright at State Farm I decided to talk to him first. We set an appointment at my convenience,and he was prompt with his call. He was polite, knowledgeable of the product, and sold me exactly what I needed. I am getting better coverage for my money, and at a substantial savings. That is important on a fixed income. I understood everything he said. I will call Richard again with any questions.
